At an extraordinary general meeting held on October 23, 2019, the shareholders of the IPM Umbrella Fund (the “Fund”) decided to dissolve and liquidate the Fund. The final NAV of the Fund’s last remaining sub-fund – the IPM Global Equity fund – will be calculated as per October 23, 2019.
